The Hall interior
A few interior photos of the Albert Hall. These are all taken without flash and are hand-held, so their focus isn't the sharpest! The exposure time is ½ second for all of them I think.
A rather lazy shot, taken while sitting in one of the circle seats. I'd just finished my lunch while sitting there, and this was a real "point and shoot" affair!
Looking down to the arena from the back of the gallery. The gallery is the highest level that members of the audience can go.
Another pic from the gallery looking to the seating on the East side of the Hall...
...and looking West.
A view from just behind the organ case. This is some distance above the stage.
A "conductors eye view" of the auditorium, taken from the conductors podium.
